The XC 90 has many safety features straight from the factory, including an adjustable throttle for limiting speed, a 4-foot hi-vis orange whip flag and a handlebar tether cord adults can pull as a remote shut-off switch to halt the 90cc fan-cooled engine. This is the perfect platform to teach youth the fundamentals of riding, as well as giving them the taste for proper nutrition.
